PlayBotto is intended for adults. You need to be 18 or over to create an account. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.

A set of browser games played against an AI opponent, free of charge and paid for by advertising. Accounts get a daily allowance of games; visitors without an account get one free game of each title. We may change those allowances, and we will not do it quietly.

We may add, change, retune or remove a game at any time. Games are tuned regularly — the way Botto plays a level today is not a promise about how it will play tomorrow.

• One account per person, and don't share it.
• Don't automate play, script the site, or try to get round the daily limits. They exist because every game costs us real money to run.
• Don't try to break, overload or probe the service, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

If you do any of that we may suspend or remove your account. For anything short of deliberate abuse we will tell you why first.

PlayBotto is entertainment. It is not a health, medical or educational product. We make no claim that playing these games improves your memory, your focus, your intelligence or any other aspect of your health, and we will never make one. If you are worried about your memory or concentration, please talk to a doctor rather than to a games website.

Your score is a record against Botto. It is not an assessment of anything about you.

We take real care that the AI cannot cheat, and we explain exactly how on the fair play page. If you ever think it has, tell us — rate the game down and say why, or write to bob@moveforward.com. We read those.

The site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we may take it down for maintenance. Games depend on third-party AI services that can fail; when they do, the game gives you the turn back rather than leaving you stuck.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, and because this is a free service, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

How we handle your information is set out in the privacy policy, including how to delete your account yourself.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and a material change will be flagged on the site.
